Dear Juan,
…. I have only been coached now for about 4 months, and though I was not expecting to see results so early, I have already seen some real changes. My direct reports are using many of the philosophies now themselves, and some have even started passing those teachings onto their staff as well. Coaching has had a direct positive impact on our efficiency, keeping us more organized, more structured, more consistent and ultimately more profitable.
I gave coaching a try on a referral from a friend, and though I was skeptical, I thought I would give it a try. So far I couldn’t be happier; sales have improved, profits are up and I feel I have the best understanding in years about how to take my business to the next level.

2009 was a very challenging year for me. Business was slow, margins were under pressure and we seemed to be running around in circles. Having 20 years of management experience I knew we needed something different but I wasn’t sure what it was. Juan helped me get focus and understand what my key issues were. The coaching sessions help me prioritize my work and plan my time better. I love bouncing my thoughts off of him and he helped me turn thoughts into plans and then actions. I came away motivated from the sessions and wanting to achieve more. He forced me to document how I actually spent my time and then make a plan to do those important but un-urgent tasks that never seemed to get done. He also helped me identify very key personality issues, in the way I handle my customers and this alone has helped me achieve a lot in my business.
He tells you the things as he sees them, and sometimes it hurts… Hence if you don’t have the stomach to hear what needs to be done to turn your business around, then Juan is not the Coach for you. But if you want to get new awareness and guidance to move towards your goals, I recommend you talk to Juan.
